After years of sharing their passion for Filipino cuisine at Kamayan ATL, Mia and Carlo wanted to reach even more people and make these soulful, nostalgic dishes part of everyday life. With Tita Tito, they've taken hearty classics like chicken adobo, longsilog, lechon kawali, and savory shrimp specialties, and made them quick, affordable, and perfect for busy schedules without losing the homemade feel.

In August, we proudly give back to our roots by funding meal donations in the Philippines, nourishing families with the same heart and flavor that define Tita Tito. This is just the beginning. Our vision goes beyond the kitchen: in 2026, we're planning a medical mission in the Philippines to provide care and support to underserved communities.
